Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at BMS Institute of Technology and Management (BMSIT&M) is a 3-year research-oriented program. The enrolled students get a chance to be involved in independent research on a topic of their field and submit a journal at the end of the program. Some research topics are Nanomaterials, Power Electronics, Microelectronic Systems, etc.
