Department of Physiotherapy, Dr B.R. Ambedkar Medical College is a part of Dr. B R Ambedkar Medical College that was started by Ananda Social and Educational Trust. The college offers a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (BPT) course.

The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Science (RGUHS) and provide medical relief to the semi-urban and rural population. The college is also involved in all centrally sponsored national programmes of health viz. Family Planning, Leprosy Eradication, prevention of Blindness, and Universal Immunization.
