Master of Dental Surgery (M.D.S.) Conservative Dentistry is a 3-year postgraduate course at SDM College of Dental Sciences and Hospital. Conversative Dentistry teaches the student how to prevent and treat diseases and injuries that originate in the teeth. After graduation, the student will specialise in medicating diseased or fractured teeth and restore it with materials that are acceptable biologically. It teaches students how to perform root canal treatments and associated surgical procedures.
