Master of Technology (M.Tech) Food Technology is a 2-year masters programme at the School of Engineering and Technology - Jain (Deemed-To-Be-University). The students of the course acquire the necessary skills and knowledge in the field of food processing and engineering. The course is divided into three parts - Supporting, Core and Specialised courses. Some of the subjects included are Advanced Food Chemistry, Food Microbiology, and Food Safety Analysis.
